At all cost avoid mid-day movies at the dollar theatre.
You are officially warned.
If you go, you will likely find a bunch of "crazies." Termed by Mitch, and he was correct. Here's a quick summary of what/who we saw.
-the guy on the very front row laughing at the blank screen
-the guy with a "sketchy backpack"
-"sketchy backpack" dude telling off another couple, before the movie even started
-the young girl hiding in the bathroom stall who was probably sluffing school
-many men dressed in suits, sitting a seat apart and coming from work (couldn't help but wonder if they ever told their wives what they really do during work hours)
-last but not least...us. I am sure others thought that we too were "crazies"
The situation may be better during the Summer, but there are no guarantees.

Back in the day, I used to attend the mid-day movie all by myself. I was the "crazy" that required two seats: one for me and one for my food.
hmmm. I'm not sure if it's the mid-day that brings out the crazies, or that dollar theatre in particular. We went one night and had some sweet crazies sitting in front of us.
Hopefully the movie was at least good!
Do I dare ask what movie you went to see???
Glad you are back to the blogging world. You were missed :)
Taken.
Liked it.
is that sugarhouse? I lived 2 blocks away from that theater (crazies ALL the time)!
taken--loved it too!
Ohhh, this confirms my fears! :)laya, katrina
Yeah, I agree with Nicole. Crazies are always at the dollar theater, they just aren't as diluted by the normal people as they are at night. lol
