The Good
The much anticipated day arrived, Bryn turned 4!
She was a little baffled that some miraculous change didn't occur. She looked all over her body for a noticeable difference, and couldn't find one. Not sure what she was expecting?
It may look like I am directing a choir, but in reality I am just encouraging her to thank her aunt Tara for a gift.
Attended the derby (the highlight of my Summer) with my friend Jami. I literally dragged her there against her will. Thank you Jami...you are a fabulous friend. Sure love ya!The Bad
Luke in the hospital. So sad. The scariest experience of my life. Truly thankful for the outcome.
The Ugly
Oh dear! We look awful. This is after priming the basement. We wore hats and masks. As a result, we ended up looking like raccoons.

Great recap. I can't believe Bryn is 4! Hope she had a wonderful day. So so so happy Luke is all better. And I love the raccoon photo. They have some very cute raccoons up there in Heber City.
Next up, preschool photos??? Pretty please?

Isn't it crazy to think we have 4 year olds?! Happy Birthday, Bryn! I love the pic of you and Mitch. That is hilarious! Hope the painting is going great and can't wait to see the finished basement!
That raccoon picture is too funny. How did you get that off? So glad Luke is better. I wish I could have come to the derby with you. Maybe in my next life I won't have to work :)
Happy Birthday Bryn! Sounds like things are going well- you must be getting our room ready for our extended stay. We will be bringing Zach up for school in about a month(augh!Actually less) and I just cant leave him there--he really needs his mother!!!JK, of course. But we do want to come visit. We 've been away too long!!X O X O
Cathy~ We are so looking forward to seeing you guys! It's been too long. Crazy that Zach is old enough for college. I swear he was just a little boy yesterday.
You are always welcome to stay here. We LOVE visitors.
Your masks are so awesome! I remember when I turned 6. That was the first birthday I really, really remember. Part of them memory- trying to understand why I didn't get bigger if I was getting older. Go Bryn. I love that girl.
You pretty much have had a run of everything, haven't you?! Great way to sum it all up! I'm looking forward to seeing the finished basement!!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY BRYN! I LOVE the painting picture and like I mentioned to Mitch, we can't wait to come see it finished. Take care!
