My dear friend Marcae has experienced pain beyond comprehension. A few days ago her beautiful little girl passed away, and returned to the loving arms of her Father in Heaven.

Gratitude:
Marcae instantly showed me kindness from the moment I met her. She is responsible for transforming my college experience from "whatever", to "amazing!" She is a true friend in every sense of the word. I am so grateful to have her friendship in my life.
Praise:
Marcae has so many good qualities! She is kind, loving, beautiful inside and out, happy, optimistic, friendly, sweet, hilarious, fun, creative, spontaneous, and of course an amazing Mother.
Admiration:
Marcae is a very optimistic person, and always finds the good in a tough situation. She has been a great example to me. She has endured trials and hardships with a smile and constant faith.
I love you Marcae. Kate is so lucky to have you as her Mother. Thank you for your friendship!

So incredibly sad. She is so amazing and I agree with what Katie said about you and your dad. I have had sick kids and have been out of touch, but when I read her blog last night I called Jeff sobbing. So happy for little Kate that she can run and play and have the same level of activity that our little Afton has, but I am heartbroken for Brian and Marcae. I guess that may be the benefit of caring for such a sick little one is that you're okay when Heavenly Father calls them home because you don't want to see them suffer anymore but really so very hard. She is amazing and I will forever remember the strength she has and the joy that she has shared with so many. I love you Marcae. Thanks for sharing Katie. By the way, sorry I'm so incredibly lame.
