Flashback Friday--Italy '04

Today I am going grocery shopping and cleaning the house, but what was I doing 4 years ago...experiencing Italy! Sometimes it is so good to flashback and remember the more eventful times.
This was a "trip of a lifetime!"
We experienced Italy with our friends Scott & Nicole.
With no reservations and plenty of gelato money, we had a blast!

Ah, was it really 4 freaking years ago? Trip of a lifetime! It's funny cuz I was just talking to Amy Osborne last night about how it sucks that their trip is going to cost so much more with our dollar being so horrible. Glad we did it when we did.

I can't wait for our next adventure together. We'll have to work on making that happen.

Looking forward to tomorrow!

Long live Flashback Friday at the Nelson household!

May the dollar once again hold its own against the Euro. *sniff, sniff*

Gelato......words can't describe. I'd go back just for that almost. I did find a Gelataria in Provo that is the real thing! Not like eating it in Italy, but as close as I'll get for now.

I agree with Jill...gelato, words can't describe it especially eating it in Rome! Guess we'll have to save up and head back over!

I love Bryn's sayings. She sounds like Scott--"Back when I was in Nam." "Well when I was homeless."

Good job on making it as far as you did this morning w/ Deal. I'll keep my fingers crossed for the future!
